Looking for an easy-to-make breakfast for the kids that’s also packed with health benefits? Check out this simple, nutritious recipe for delicious banana raspberry waffles!

Ingredients :

  • 1 large banana (or 1 1/2 small)
  • 3 Tbsp of cassava flour OR  2 Tbsp spoons of coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1-2  eggs
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Hand full of raspberries

Directions:

  1. Mash Banana
  2. Add in 1 egg, if too thick add in only the egg whites from the 2nd egg.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and whisk
  4. Cook in waffle maker
  5. Add mashed berries and serve!
