Let’s Make Banana Raspberry Waffles

Ingredients :
- 1 large banana (or 1 1/2 small)
- 3 Tbsp of cassava flour OR 2 Tbsp spoons of coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1-2 eggs
- Cinnamon to taste
- Hand full of raspberries
Directions:
- Mash Banana
- Add in 1 egg, if too thick add in only the egg whites from the 2nd egg.
- Add in remaining ingredients and whisk
- Cook in waffle maker
- Add mashed berries and serve!
